Overview

Enhance your current sign by incorporating the Stryder2 Toughlight, enabling visibility even during nighttime. This cutting-edge product, introduced in 2023, boasts an IP66 certification. The Stryder2 lighting system offers remarkable versatility, as it can be customised in any colour and length. For lengths exceeding 6 meters, separate sections are provided, which effortlessly connect through an IP68-certified plug-in mechanism. Equipped with powerful LED modules, the lighting system efficiently illuminates signs measuring up to 3 meters in height. With various fixing arm options available, and 5 meters of cable as standard, you can easily adjust the lighting angle to achieve the perfect position. Moreover, the LEDs are meticulously designed to provide consistent, high-quality illumination, and the modules come with a 3-year parts warranty.

Installation

LED Trough Lighting - Light Up Existing Signage

Led sign lighting is a great way of getting the very best out of your signage, ensuring that it’s visible 24 hours a day if that’s what you need. It’s also a great way of getting the extra mile out of existing unilluminated signage that isn’t working hard enough for your business.

The trough light bar measures an unobtrusive 45mm diameter profile making it robust enough for outdoor sign lighting but ensuring that it doesn’t detract from the look of your signage. We’re also able to powder coat the bar in any standard RAL colour to ensure that it ties in perfectly with your existing signage and branding colourways.

The lighting bars can be made in lengths of up to 6 metres per section, and longer lengths can be easily connected together for a sleek finish. Our sign lighting is supplied with fixing arms and adjustable brackets that allow you to adjust your lighting to the best angle to illuminate your sign. We also offer a professional installation service if needed.

The illumination is provided by low wattage, high bright LED modules that are energy efficient and come with a 3-year warranty. These excellent LED lights can downlight effectively up to 3 meters.

Our trough lights are made from lightweight yet durable aluminium and provide illumination with high bright low voltage long lasting LED modules.

What size trough lights are available?

Trough lights can be manufactured to the exact length you require, though lights over 6 metres long will be supplied in sections that use a simple IP66 joining connector that leaves no visible connections or cables. You can see how this works in our documentation and product images.

What colour can my trough light be?

Our trough lights can be powder coated to any standard RAL colour to match your existing signage.

How long will the LEDs in my trough light last?

The LED modules used in our trough lighting have an average life expectancy of 50,000 hours. So if you have your light turned on for 10 hours a day, they will last in excess of 10 years!

Where can I install a trough light?

Trough lights are predominantly wall mounted and come as standard with the appropriate wall brackets, but we can supply alternative brackets for post mounting if required.

Andrew was at our building all day on Wednesday and was able to sort the wiring. Everything looks great!
