Signage FAQs

Where do you deliver to?

Our price includes delivery of your sign to anywhere in UK Mainland only. Though we can deliver to anywhere you require, please contact us with your delivery details for a bespoke quotation.

How do you need my artwork?

We ideally require your artwork in a vectored format such as a PDF, Illustrator or EPS file. Please make sure all text is converted to paths in case we don't have your font. Don't have a vectored file? No problem! For a small fee, our design team can redraw your logo in the required format, and we will even supply you with a copy for anything else you may need it for.

I don't have any artwork, can you design it for me?

Absolutely. Our team of in-house designers can create something unique and eye-catching. Free design service is included with most orders if it's required, all you need to do is provide us with a detailed brief. Proofs will be sent to you via email for your approval before we start any manufacture.

Can you install my sign?

Of course! Our experienced and fully qualified Nationwide team of installers can fit your sign anywhere in the UK and even further afield if required. And we will manage the whole process for you. Visit our Sign Installations Page for more information.

I don't know what I need, can you advise me?

Our experienced team will be more than happy to visit your site to discuss your requirements and offer advice based on location, use and budget. Combined with our design and installation service, we can offer you a fully project managed solution from start to finish.

How long will it take to receive my sign?

Depending on the type of sign you require, simple boards can be turned around in 24-48 hours from receipt of your order and approved artwork, but items that are fabricated and painted such as outdoor signs or illuminated signs may have a longer lead time. However we will advise you of this at the order stage, but always endeavour to manufacture your sign as quickly as possible if required for an event or handover.

How long will my sign last?

All our signs are manufactured in the UK to the highest specification and are guaranteed from defects for a period of 12 months. We do however expect our signs to last much longer than this and this can be largely down to location. Our fabricated signage is designed for long term outdoor use and should last for many years to come with the only maintenance required being a clean down with a soapy sponge.

Does my illuminated sign require replacement bulbs or tubes?

All our illuminated signs use high quality LED modules rather than bulbs or fluorescent tubes. Our LEDs have a life expectancy of around 50,000 hours meaning if your sign is lit for 12 hours a day, they should last for over 10 years!

Andrew was at our building all day on Wednesday and was able to sort the wiring. Everything looks great! I just wanted to say thank you for all the extra effort you put in to make sure everything was right. We’ve dealt with a lot of different companies and contractors since getting the Government Funding. Sign Supplier have been the only company to go the extra mile to make sure the work was finished exactly as we hoped for. The signs have already made the building much more visible – I lost count of the number of young people in schools this week who told us they finally know where our youth centre is!
