The 40 Spring Gardens project, owned by Aviva and located in Manchester, involved a comprehensive signage installation across the 7 floors of the building. As a subcontractor on the project, we worked closely with Overbury to deliver a range of signage solutions that met the client's requirements and enhanced the overall aesthetic of the space.

One of the key aspects of the project was the installation of Directional Signage. These stylish and sophisticated signs provided clear wayfinding throughout the building, ensuring that visitors and occupants could easily navigate the different floors and areas. In addition, window vinyl was applied to all the restroom areas, offering both privacy and branding elements. The window vinyl not only served a practical purpose but also added a touch of visual interest to the restroom areas.

To make the building stand out from the outside, Halo Illuminated Signage was installed. This eye-catching signage solution not only showcased the building's name and logo but also added a touch of elegance and sophistication to the exterior. Furthermore, floor graphics were applied to designate specific areas within the building. This included graphics for the car charging port and bicycle store, providing clear instructions and visual cues for users.

As a subcontractor on the project, our team demonstrated their expertise in delivering high-quality signage solutions that met the client's requirements and enhanced the overall visual appeal of 40 Spring Gardens. The collaboration with Overbury resulted in a successful installation that provided both functional and aesthetically pleasing signage throughout the building.
